Has anyone ever had a site that sells actual items and needed a shopping cart and stuff? All of my site (and seems like everyone else here) generates revenue through advertising, but I wonder if selling things would be more profitable?

I think proxies are fine for stumbleupon. Most of the viewers are looking for some random, cool websites that they can use and waste time and have fun. I think proxies fall under that. I would suggest going about stumbleupon as you would with any other website.
