What's a good CPM affiliate program?
I've been rejected from Adversal, so I can't use them.

Are there any other good ones? (either popup or banner)

Try ADbrite or adsense.

Also bidvertiser isnt bad .

Try adbrite it is best for proxies. Adengage also does good & widget bucks pays .25/click for us visitor & on cpm basis pays 5 times more than adbrite.

Never forget to enable inline ads, fullpage ads in adbrite else income won't be good.

Those aren't CPM sponsors.. I want someone to pay me per view, not per click.

how about something like those , i've just heard of them so no experience about them or whether they do pay or not

Also sensesites.com is a new one. But there are few affilaite programs for proxies you can find one such in my signature that pays $0.20 per member you refer to signup there proxy announcement.
I found it active in proxy site http://www.eluder.net/ that belongs to some member here.

I just signed up for clixgalore.com. Its a real easy sign up as long as your email addy is not of a free service like google, yahoo, msn. I am putting a couple of their pay per click adds on the proxified pages and going to see. I have around 20 proxies, so I will put them on all of them and track it for a week or so. I just applied to adversal but I haven't received an approval yet..
